TDT, a Nevada 501(c)(3) corporation, was the first and only contemporary dance company in Las Vegas with its own resident facility within which operated a school/studio space and a performance space. The school provided classes in contemporary movement forms and a specialized program of classes in creative movement expression for children and adults with autism disabilities.
TDT was my creative vision and I shepherded it from idea through manifestation. I held the roles of artistic director, teacher, and studio and business manager covering all aspects from location selection and remodeling, marketing, class programming, company management, choreography, and costume design. My specialized movement program for autistic individuals received local press and was featured in a short documentary film made by the Autism Speaks Society.
