Gold Stone Capital is a Nevada corporation specializes in commercial real estate investment advisement, covering 1031 Exchange, off-market properties, raising investment capital, identifying unique development opportunities and creating tailored deal structures. I have worked with the principal, Richard Gold, in a consulting capacity for a number of years.  As I hold a Nevada Real Estate license that hangs with Fulcrum Real Estate, one of Gold Stone's Las Vegas partners, I assist with document creation for deals, researching properties and preparing presentations for current projects and potential investment opportunities.
