FollowUp Pro was a Multi-year technology project to develop a web application designed to systematize, streamline and upgrade the email follow-up process. I was responsible for the "look and feel" of all content and fleshing out the initial UI design. As the project manager, I served as the media content creator designing and creating all graphics content used within the app and produced all the product marketing videos.
